3. Request a Return Shipping Label: Email us with your name, email, and order number to receive a shipping label. Once the return is approved, you have 7 business days (Europe) or 14 business days (rest of the world) to ship the product back.
4. Conditions for Full Refund:
   • The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
   • It must be in perfect condition: unworn, undamaged, unused, and not resized.
   • It must match the original product data records and be accompanied by all accessories, original packaging, and certificates.

Note: Initial delivery costs are not deducted from your refund, but return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for custom orders with diamonds sourced directly by Ajediam will be issued, excluding labor and administrative costs.
