Moments that Matter – Yearly Giveaway Full Terms & Conditions (Draft v0.9 – July 2025

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) carefully before entering the Moments that Matter Giveaway (“Contest”). By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Rules.)

1. Promoter

Ajediam.com brand name of OnlyJewels BV, Hoveniersstraat 19, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium — “Ajediam”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

2. Eligibility

Who can enter: Natural persons aged 18 years or older.

Qualifying purchase period: Ajediam orders completed between 1 December 2024 and 31 November 2025 (inclusive).

Employees, agents and immediate family members of Ajediam or of any third-party directly connected with the promotion are excluded from entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Entry opens 00:01 CET on 1 December 2024 and closes 23:59 CET on 31 November 2025 (“Contest Period”). You may enter by either method A or method B below. One entry per qualifying order / postcard.

A. Online Customer Story (purchase-based)

  1. Visit ajediam.com/share-your-story.
  2. Complete all required fields:
    • Full name (or both names for couples)
    • Valid email address
    • Your short story (≥ 30 words)
    • Upload 1–5 original photos showing the jewel and the moment or couple
    • Ajediam order or invoice number
    • Direct link to your published review on Google or Trustpilot (must be an honest review; star rating optional).
  3. Tick the consent box confirming acceptance of these Rules and of the Privacy Notice, then click Submit.

B. Free Postal Entry (no purchase necessary)

  1. Write clearly on a postcard:
    • “Moments that Matter Giveaway 2025”
    • Your full name and postal address
    • Telephone number and email address
    • A statement of no more than 30 words on why you love diamonds
  2. Post the card with sufficient postage to:
    • Ajediam.com
    • Hoveniersstraat 19
    • 2018 Antwerp Belgium
  3. Postcards must be post-marked no later than 31 December 2025 and received by 6 January 2026.

4. Entry Restrictions

Multiple entries from the same qualifying order will be disqualified; the first valid entry counts.

Photos must be original, owned by you, and free of third‑party rights. No AI‑generated imagery.

Offensive, misleading or plagiarised content will void the entry.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of purchase or identity to verify eligibility.

5. Prize

One (1) Natural‑Diamond Eternity Band crafted to the winner’s finger size (retail value ≈ €4 000). Metal choice limited to 18 K white, yellow or rose gold.

Prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

Ajediam will assign a unique ID to every eligible online and postal entry.

On 8 December 2025 a computer‑generated random draw supervised by an independent observer will select one (1) winner.

The winner will be contacted by email within 5 days and must respond within 10 days to confirm acceptance and ring size. Failure to reply in time will result in a re‑draw.

Winner’s first name, city and country may be published on ajediam.com and Ajediam’s social media channels.

7. Fulfilment

The prize ring will be manufactured to size and shipped to the winner or made available for collection in Antwerp within 14 business days of size confirmation.

Shipping is free within the EU. Customs duties or local taxes (if any) outside the EU are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Publicity & Licence

By entering, you grant Ajediam a world‑wide, perpetual, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use your submitted story, photos and review (with first name & initial) for marketing, social media and website content.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Ajediam Privacy Notice [link] and EU GDPR.

Lawful basis: Consent for marketing and contest administration; legitimate interest for fraud prevention.

Data will be stored securely for a maximum of 12 months after the prize is fulfilled, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

10. General

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and these Rules where fairly necessary (e.g., fraud, technical failure, force majeure) without liability.

Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Rules are governed by Belgian law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
