You then have seven (7) business days to return products to our client care team within Europe and fourteen (14) business days for returns from the rest of the world, from the moment you express your will to renounce your purchase.

We will not deduct initial delivery costs from your refund, however, the return delivery costs will stay due and will not be reimbursed.

How to Get 100% Money Back?

Ajediam provides a 15-day return guarantee with a full refund under the following conditions:

Returns of products showing any signs of use shall be accepted only at Ajediam’s discretionary authority and the cost of reconstituting the product to its original state will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned products are inspected upon receipt and prior to the issuance of a refund, exchange, or credit. Products that do not match recorded product data will be considered ineligible returns.

Ineligible returns will remain at the customer’s disposal in the Ajediam office for pick up or can be shipped back at the customer’s own expense. Ajediam does not take responsibility for ineligibly returned products while remaining in its offices.

What about Custom-Order Returns?

Custom orders are non-refundable. Should Ajediam purchase any product(s) or diamond(s) at the request of the customer in order to create a custom-designed piece of jewelry and the customer decides in the end not to purchase the jewelry, the requested products(s) or/and stone(s) will not be refunded.

For custom orders with a diamond(s) that has not been bought by Ajediam at the request of the customer, the diamond(s) is refundable. However, refunds are not issued for the value of the labor and administrative costs for custom-designed jewelry.

Returns of custom orders shall be accepted only at Ajediam’s discretionary authority and the cost of administration, production, and logistics for the product will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Refund Process

Refunds will take place within thirty (30) days after receipt of the returned parcel if all the conditions mentioned above have been met. In case Ajediam exercises its discretionary authority regarding ineligible returns, the reimbursement will only take place once the product has been reconstituted to its original state.

Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via wire transfer, card payment, or other. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by Ajediam.

Ajediam is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by the banks, any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by the customer’s country of importation, or any other parties throughout the process.
